What is your cancellation policy?

1 week before reservation start date: full refund 

48 hours - 1 week before reservation start date: full credit towards your next reservation

48 hours or less before reservation start date: no refunds and no credit

What to expect at the Meet & Greet?

You and your kitties will meet with your cat sitter Mariya and go over home and cat care details. Please have a copy of your key ready. 

Can we receive daily updates?

Yes, you will receive a kitty update after each visit that includes photos and a video. 

How far in advance do I need to book my reservation?

We accept same day reservation requests. A reservation request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. We try to get back to you as soon as possible, and you will hear back from us within 24 hours. 

What payment methods do you accept? When is payment due?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA), debit card payments and ACH bank transfers. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your desired dates. We accept bookings on a first come first serve basis and we recommend you book your reservation as early as possible. If your plans change, you may cancel a week before your reservation and receive a full refund.

Do you accept reservations for dogs?

No. At this time we only accept reservations for cat sitting. We are happy to help out with any other stay at home pets such as fish, birds, rabbits, turtles, hamsters, etc. We don't offer dog walking services. 

When should I hire a cat sitter?

Any time you are away from home for more than 24 hours, you should have a cat sitter check in on your pets. Cats love their routine and we recommend that you get a sitter even on days when you won't get home until later than usual. 

What if my flight is delayed or my trip gets extended?

We are happy to accommodate your changing travel plans. Please let us know as soon as possible and we can update your reservation details. 

I am expecting a package, can you bring it in?

Yes, absolutely! We can bring in any mail and packages that come in. 

Where do you operate?

We are currently offering cat sitting services in Glendale, Burbank and Los Angeles, CA. 


My cat likes to go out and sit on the patio, can you let my cat out?

No, for the safety of your cats, they will remain indoors while you are away. 

Do you offer overnight visits?

No, we don't offer overnight visits. At this time we only offer 20 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute visits. 

Can I mix and match visits?

Yes, absolutely! Cats love a surprise long visit.
